One of our most recents works are in this beautiful 3/2 in 1201 NW 11th Place in Fort Lauderdale! This property was a bit of work as it needed tons of reparations which in the end made the deal completely worth it as it was a great source of cash flow and in which we also did the work of property managers to keep it flowing cash in! This property was rented from the moment it was completely fixed till last november since our lovely tenant had an amazing job opportunity outside of the city. This property brought in $1600 every month and it was rented with section 8.
There were many new things added into the house, from the switches to the doors, but let’s break them down for you: we added a new electrict line through the house, and the electrica panel as well, we installed the ducts and system for the central AC that was added as well as a new tankless water heater. We added brand new outlets, switches and lamps all over the place along with closets and the doors of both in and out of the house, each one with their locks to keep it protected. And the best (and funnest) part was the installation of the grass and the adaptation of the landscape.
